Some points I should mention:

>It doesn't make any sence to me!
>Not bad of a color choice
>The very top and the very bottom (I believe) advertisements don't align
>Way to much adverts
>To me only the home page looks alright

I guess my main comment would be that there is no unifying theme to the web site. It seems to be a hodge-podge of links/graphics/text/advertisements, and (not knowing the language) I don't know what I'm supposed to be focusing on. Web sites should be set up so that the visitor is drawn visually to the main content.

I do like the picture of the baby laughing though :)
