Customizing Parent window

I've been trying to customize my Parent window upon opening from a flash menu.

I'm able to do this for the child window, but its the, Parent I want to customize.

For example, lets say the page I want to pop up is "myPage.html"
When I click the link on the flash document which is already on the currently displayed HTML page, I want the subject page to have no scrollbars, menus, toolbars, or location bars

--not have the page open then a popup open

Any information would be appreciated:cool:
