PHP Viewable as Rendered Page in Dreamweaver?

Didn't think it was possible to preview PHP sections of a web page in Dreamweaver as they'd be rendered in the page (not just code), but I had a client that requested it, so wanted to ask if anyone knows of a way?

What executed PHP? I think it previews php includes in design view, but I don't know about anything else and you would need PHP installed on your computer.
