I haven't the portfolio your looking for. Most of my work is in the traditional medium of art. Only recently have I jumped over to webdesign. I'm in the process of finishing up my own site. In fact I came to Coding Forums to get some info and site reviews. Over the weekend the final revision should be up with the glossary page working. My site: Idolon Web Design (http://www.idolonwebdesign.com) uses css and xhtml. Making it skinable in the manner you spoke of. I made 2 templates at the start of my own site's design. I delete unneeded code during final revision. I will get it to the point where my styles will change depending on the visitors preference. You can contact me Ray Mullins (admin@idolonwebdesign.com) by clicking on my name.

I don't know why it would come up broken for you. this isn't the thread for it but if you got any suggestions I'ld be happy to hear them thru PM.
