Dropdown menu with multiple email, anyone?

Hi, my name is Nick and I've been searching for days now for the codes/tags that can help me creating the form I want.. but I still haven't found it yet..

The most important thing i want on my page is that people can choose the e-mail adressess from the dropdownbox and type a message in a textfield, so they can send it to the person they want to.. Ofcourse i don't want to use "mailto:" because it opens up an e-mailprogramm at the visitor's..

Does anyone have the right codes/tags/scripts for me? Then please tell me..
