The graphic and filled in text of this image is created dynamically. In other words, the information is somehow being pulled from a database and the png is updating itself accordingly.

How would one go about doing something similar?

Actually it looks pretty involved but in reality PHP makes this kind of job simple and you can achieve the same results as in the image with only a few lines of code :thumbsup:
