Please tell me what you think, good or bad. :p
If the rollovers in the grey menu are acting funky please let me know. Thanks!

Professional, I like! :)
I think you need some more padding there though! Seems very cluttered - could drive a few visitors away... also have some margin between the edge of the menu and content sections, and the edge of the window - I don't like the dashed border right up to the edge.
Menu seems nice but I'd like to see the hand cursor when mousing over the first levels.
Good work though.

The puny font size would drive me away.

I like that, however as Mark said, its a bit cluttered. Also how about a slightly coloured outer background like #ccc?

I'll agree about the cluttered look and that the font could be bigger (clicking the bigger font button in safari most of the text much better). Perhaps adding some more padding around most of the parts of the page would free it up a little more, especially in the gray menu at the top, the drop down menus thereof, the lists of links down the left and maybe in the main box's in the middle. Play around with it abit and see if you get something that breathes abit more.
From an ease-of-use point of view, does the administration option really need 20 sub-options dropping down? It seems like frikkin' loads, but I guess if they can't be further consolidated or split down into more manageable chunks then they'll have to stay.
