Reg RPC

Hello all,
I need to use php script sitting on the other web server. i.e. i need to redirect from my webserver's php page to that page to perform function. How can i do that. I dont know much about RPC. Is that the only way to do this. If so can u please help me how to do that??

It really depends exactly what you want to do. For instance, do you need to pass any data from your server to the other server? Do you need to receive any data back or to redirect back to your server after the function has executed on the other server? Can you just include the file from the other server in a file on your server or is there some specific reason why it has to execute on the other server, etc?

i should send a parameter and the function performs a function using this parameter on its local data and then should return the result. I think the remote php file can be included in my server's php file and call the function.
