now i have a excel workseett with contain some information.....
once i save the work in the tab delimeted text file...

HOW am i going to use php to read it into mysql table....with the
predefined columns..

You already started one thread on this and someone told you how to read the file, you don't need to open up multiple threads on the same subject.

To separate the tabbed data into variables that you can store in a database you can use explode

$array = explode("\t", $string);
