IE6 Trusted Sites

I have an intranet, and some functionality is getting blocked due to the new security features of IE6 on some new computers we're rolling out.

Is there a way to send out a simple file (like a registry update or something) which can be run as a Power User to modify the list of trusted sites to include the intranet?

If you are on an active directory you might be able to add sites to that list using the group policy editor snap-in.

nah, we got a Novell server, so no active directory - wouldn't have had to ask otherwise....
