Dropdown Display issues

Problems:
IE)Either the meus are too small or the picture is too wide, I can't tell or fix it.
IE)When you highlight one menu, the other ones move over.

FF)The dropdown menus themselves are off to the die and they over lap the parent menus.

I admit I haven't gone over your stylesheet in too much detail, mainly because it's an unintelligable mess. Please clean it up and do some formatting; I can't believe you're able yourself to do any maintenance on it the way it looks now.

Also, calculate widths, margins and padding accurately: I'm pretty sure your problems all boil down to misaligned dimensions. I mean, values like 158.75px are just plain silly.
