I am looking for EXPERIENCED PHP PROGRAMMERS for my arsenal to work as freelance.
For future projects, the following experience is required (all client side administration for management of content):
- Multimedia - Video, Audio
- WYSIWYG
- Newsletters in HTML and/text format
- Customization of php using my html code
- Ability to manage your project - self-reliant and able to take project spec and build through to completion
- Ability to come up with solutions, make recommendations
- ENGLISH SPEAKING (native language preferred)
Additional Skills A Plus: FLASH - XML/PHP
Contact / Correspondence is essential - I need to be able to contact you on your working days/hours and get a response. Also would like to know that you can interact with clients, as needed, if more technical detail is required. Basically, I need someone to pick up the reigns without having your hand held throughout the project. I need you to also be able to make the decisions for your part of the project, based on your experience, including: knowing when a project is too large, and you need another programmer to work with (don't try to take on a huge project alone - 2 heads are better than 1).
MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL AGREEMENT
After our first project, if all goes well, I would like to add you to my "Virtual Team" - you would be a member of my team, as a freelancer, where I can contact you for future projects, get quotes, etc.
As a member, you get your own page on my website, a contact form, and your achievements / skills posted on my site, so clients may contact you directly through my site. You can also have a link/banner on that page as well, to your own site, provided you are an individual / freelancer.
I'm very liberal, easy to work with, and always pay your invoices immediately - I respect my programmers and will hope to get the same in return :) I am located in PA (USA) so our time zones need to line up somewhere in my day/evenings - I am online anywhere from 10am to 12pm EST - so we'll need to set up some type of "availability schedule" for each other.
