I don't know where else to ask this, so here goes....
I want to be able to insert some HTML into my "Outlook 2000-composed" e-mail message, and subsequently have the HTML read by the recipient's mail application and executed....for example, if I inserted this code:
<img src="http://www.mediamogulsweb.com/logo_letter_RGB.jpg">
inside the body of my mail message, then I want the recipient to be able to see the image "logo_letter_RGB.jpg" (and not the code) embedded inside my email message....And I don;t want the image to appear as a file attachment either --- it has to appear embedded inside the email...
I have tried to employ the above strategy with no success so far....so either I'm doing it the wrong way, or this can;t be accomplished using Outlook 2000.....
FYI, I've set Outlook to send mail in HTML format....also, I'm using a Yahoo POP3 account/address so that I can download and read my mail offline and send email with Outlook...I've configured my Yahoo account to send and read HTML email (in the Mail Options settings)....
Anyone know how to do what I want to do correctly, or is this not possible? Thanks.
