Looking for a 'Rate This' Script

You've all see them. Those 'rate this' scripts on sites where visitors can rate various items.

Well i'm looking for one so users can rate downloads, scripts, tutorials etc.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Ok,

I have found one and this is how it looks on my website see here (http://www.auriga.org.uk/scripts/whosonline.php)

It all goes well until you hit the rate button where i'd expect to see the total votes and average rate.

Any clues?
