First of all, please read the Posting Guidelines (http://www.codingforums.com/postguide.htm) on descriptive subjects for your future posts.
Second of all, your table and spacer.gif ridden approach offers endless problems and very little flexibility when it comes to getting things to line up properly. You're strongly recommended to do some reading up on current markup and styling practices instead of the ones appearing in your page which were in use 10 years ago.
A decent starting point would be the HTML Dog (http://htmldog.com/) tutorials; as a primer, thing along these lines:
Devide your layout up into functional blocks: header, menu, main content, etc.
Determine how to incorporate these into the page's structure.
Pick which layout approach you're going to use: CSS positioning, or -in your case probably a better choice in this stage- a lean, mean, one-row, two-cell table to lay out the menu and main content next to eachother.
Fill in with actual content, mix and pour over CSS styles and bake for 15 min. in a hot oven at gasmark 5. (Sorry, just kidding there).

Please don't use words such as "plz"....which isn't even a word as it annoys language like that sometimes annoys other members.
