Sending html emails in outlook with stylesheet links

I am trying to send an email with a stylesheet I have online, but I have one problem: Outlook only copys the content inside the body tag. How do set a link to my stylesheet in the email??


Is it possible to load an inline frame in outlook or something, because then I could put it online and load it into that frame.
