How can I use 3D graphics to display a car?

I am not sure that this is the right forum for this question and if it is not, please let me know where I should post my question instead.

I have a picture of a car that I want to display online (and that of course is not much of a problem). The problem is that I want the visitors to be able to see the picture from all possible different angles (even from under the car). Preferable the users should also be able to use a "zoom in" and "zoom out" function when looking at the car to be able to see small details.

Any ideas on how I can achieve this (or who can help me with it?)?

as for your question why dont you just take different pictures and use flash to display them? :confused:
