Hello,

I have a layout design with tables. (It is not complete at all and the best view is with Firefox.) Now I want to use the more modern CSS way, but after 2 weeks i couldn't make such layout with css.
Is it anyhow possible to do such layout with css?
So, what I want is like this: http://www.pages4u.net/cssorig/

Any hints?

The layout is just a 2-column with a header. If the thing that's throwing you is the check-mark image overlapping the left column, it's just a matter of making that left sidebar as wide as the actual image and dealing with the background as a faux column: http://www.alistapart.com/articles/fauxcolumns/

Here are two more resources for the layout you want:

As soon as you get something started, post a link for us to help out with any snags. The layout you want is pretty straightforward.
