A friend of mine can't get online. Her ISP has told her to download the software for her modem again. The modem is a 56k one called 'PC Line'. I haven't been able to locate PC Line's website; have just been able to dig up the following sites selling the modem:
http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/product/seo/Upgrades/Modems/PC+LINE/PCL-MD100/837774
http://www.currys.co.uk/product.php?sku=837774

Does anybody know where I can download the software for this modem from please?

Thanks a million.

What kind of computer does your friend have? Was it built for her or is all still factory hardware?

If it was built, try taking out the modem, locating the serial number, and doing a google search with the serial number in quotes. Then cross your fingers.
