Input selection methods

I am developing a form which will connect to a SQL database and retrieve a set of records based on the selection choices of the user, I have three methods on the form already.

I am trying to use four different selection mechanisms:

I am currently using Checkboxes, a Radioset, and a Dropdown Box but cannot think of a fourth?

Any ideas?

Maybe an input text box that will read the string that the user inputs?
