Everytime I switch Opera into full-screen mode (by pressing F11), Opera disables my stylesheet. Is there any way to enter full-screen, and keep my CSS?

Opera in full-screen (F11) modeSkyzyx 05-20-2005, 10:58 PM Everytime I switch Opera into full-screen mode (by pressing F11), Opera disables my stylesheet. Is there any way to enter full-screen, and keep my CSS? JamieR 05-20-2005, 11:05 PM That's weird... On my copy of Opera 8 F11 works fine - no stylesheet loss etc  Maybe there's an option which you might have accidently activated in Opera. TBH I know bugger all about Opera's settings :p //Edit I just looked at your site in Opera and it *does* disable your CSS when in full screen.. Skyzyx 05-20-2005, 11:10 PM Ever since Opera 6 I haven't been able to see stylesheets. I wonder if it has anything to do with the CSS media type... Skyzyx 05-20-2005, 11:19 PM Figured it out! Opera's F11 full-screen function uses the "projection" CSS media type. To get around it, I used media="screen, projection", and it works great now. Hope this helps someone else! brothercake 05-21-2005, 11:21 PM Once you get past the surprise, you realise it's actually pretty amazing -- http://www.opera.com/support/tutorials/operashow/ Who needs powerpoint ;) scroots 05-23-2005, 08:18 PM that is truely amazing! its like the hidden treasure, go on the link brothercake gave you and press F11(fullscreen) and see the example. You need opera to use it! scroots JamieR 05-23-2005, 08:25 PM Sweet feature that :p - I'm gonna go and try it out |
