OnSubmit Funct()-Help pls

Hi all,
I have a simple qn:

I have a submit button and when i click on it i want a default message to be displayed namely
"NEW FIX CUSTOMER SUCCESSFULLY CREATED".
How do i do it?////

It has to be the default message llways sent out.
pls help...

is that ok? it'll alert straight after the submit button is clicked...

and put this in your form tag
