Select box and width

If you use STYLE="width:80px" to set the width of the select box then you can have text in the select box that is too long for the select box. Setting the width gets rid of the horizontal scrollbar. Is there a way of forcing the scrollbar or do I need to just make the form and select box wider to cater for the longer text?

No, that doesn't work, just controls the horzontal height of it.
