Write AM or PM part of time script (ASP)

I am trying to just write the AM or PM part of time to a page and am having trouble... I got the time part all set up and was wondering if there is a way to detect whether it is am or pm and write it. Any comments or suggestions is greatly apreciated. Thanks.
