Blocking domains?

Lately I've had some unwanted and annoying visitors onmy site that have posted a whole bunch of stupid sutff. I was going to block their IP addresses, but seeing as they are in college, I would have to block a whole lot. Is there a script that would block the entire domain (temple.edu)? Or one that would block all IP addresses beginning with a certain #?

In order to do that you'll need to use a server-side scripting language.
