Has anyone tried the new MS AntiSpyware?

I have, and it seems to do a good job of removing stuff, and I love the realtime protection thing that keeps popping up and asking you to block stuff

I have no need as Firfox does a good enough job for me anyhow.

Add to that Ad-Aware, Spybot & Spyware Blaster i'm free of junk!

I don't like it personally, I'm going to stick to Lavasoft adaware, hijackthis and spybot as well as a few other apps which i use. I think you only get spyware and adware if you use the bog standard software that comes with your pc, like IE etc....if you use the correct software, then I think it somewhat limits your chances of getting crapped on by malware.
