combo help

I am trying to make a double (actually I wanted a triple but had enough of trying) combo that does not link anywhere!!! All it does is lets you select the items either in a category or a sub. I tried several scripts, but found they all linked to pages..

Anybody have a suggestion script that I could use?? Thanks for any help.
