For threads looking for work, please prefix subject with [For Hire]:

This is a new rule to make it easier to distinguish between Work Offers (the majority right now) and Work Requests (you're looking to be hired). For the later, please prefix your thread subject with:

[For Hire]:

For example:

[For Hire]: Skilled PHP programmer available for work

Just a thought, but for the same reason, would it not make sense to prefix all available work with a [Work Available]: line???

I disagree, since with Work Request threads prefixed with [For Hire]:, it already separates the two types of threads in this forum effectively. Prefixing the other type with threads just adds clutter IMO.
