Hi,
I'm searching for a programmer to help me with my XUL project.
The skillset required will be Mozilla's XUL, Javascript and PHP. XUL and Javascript will be required to create the client part while the PHP will handle the xml rpc web service on the server.

Here's the description about my project.
I need a simple online book store that allow the visitor to browse for books and its description via XUL interface, and if possible post an order via the same interface.
I said simple because it'll not be used for production environment. Just a showcase of what xul can do. So, you can decide yourself how the interface will look like, as long it's not look like ordinary web based online store. The more it looks like a desktop app, the better it is.

I already have the database structures to help you get started.
The sample of an online book store, a xul client of amazon can be viewed at
http://www.faser.net/mab/chrome/content/mab.xul
Use mozilla to view it.

Please give me a firm quote, how much the project will cost and estimated time of completion.
Payment will be made either via wire transfer or western union.

I will setup a dev account at my server for the selected candidate where he/she can develop the web service.

What sort of deadlines are we looking at?

I'm currently employed, but I will be laid off in two weeks...

I'll need the script ready in a month.
It could be as simple as possible since it's only a school project. :)
I can do the web service part but have the difficulties in arrange the xul interface and connect it to the web service with the help of javascript.

Oh, ixnay.

At codingforums, we've had a long history of not doing someone else's homework. We can point you to references, answer specific questions, but not help you to cheat in any way -- not even for money. (At least, I won't.)
