Cool effect on MS for XP updates

This is for everyone who has XP and went to ms to get the 30 updates and patches. When you click on a checkbox beside a update have you seen the text effect. I do not think I can explain it but I have not seen this before and it is pretty cool. Any ideas on how this is done?

That definitely is a cool effect made with scripting.

Quick overview for those, who can't see the effect :
There are selectable updates and when selected, a layer with similar content appears and collapses to the upper-right corner. Whole effect takes about half a second.

I think it has quite complicated functions to create such a visual effect. However, many of us in CF are able to do scripts like that, because as everyone of us know, we're the best :D
