Umm I don't have a link to my portfolio yet, but the pay part... I'm really not to intersted in alot of money,if any.I just love doing what I do ;) Im here more for the practice for the future.. So not money will be involved with me... depends on what exactly ya want me to do.
**Here is some css I have done in the past:
http://www.haloindex.com/nav.css
http://www.haloindex.com/body.css
http://www.haloindex.com/navy.css
Not to much but some good examples of diffrent use.

The problem with trying to charge for CSS is that its too easy to code CSS, and your examples show nothing. To charge for coding services at minimum you must have a knowlege of:
HTML/CSS (bonus to pass validation without errors).
PHP/MySQL (or some other server side coding).
Design.
On line portfolio must be complete.
edit Spelling and grammer.

IMO, I wouldn't want to pay someone to design my website if they can't spell....

I did.
You also have spelling errors, which is very bad for offering coding services.

To me, I wouldn't trust anyone with my money when they can't be bothered to take the time to properly construct me a sentence without any spelling or grammer mistakes. It doesn't look very professional - professional grade web developers certainly do not use incorrect english when they are applying or looking for work.

I agree with you 100%. On my list of basic skills for coding services I will add "spelling and grammer"

To all the spelling bee winners here, grammer (http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=grammer) is a city in IN. Most of you are probably referring to grammar (http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=grammar).
Oh and weazel, "construct me a sentence" does not sound too grammatical.
Not trying to start anything, just though I would share :D

You have completely missed the point. If you are going to provided coding services spelling/grammar is VERY important. And calling people an @sshole will not get you a job because paying customers will not tolerate it.

If im not mistaken, I thought he was offering free services. I dont disagree with you at all Len Whistler, you need to know html along with css to build a good website. But for someone who doesnt know any coding and wants a website built with some css, I dont think they would care.

Well put it this way. To successfully design a website, you need to have good xhtml/css AND communication skills...as well as other several things.

Read TheDuke's first post, then read what you just posted. You basically just said that he requires skill. Is that now what he is doing this for? To aquire skill? You must let people start somewhere, but not any person. Let people that make you seem like they have potential. From what im looking at with TheDuke's work, looks as though he is doing pretty good for a start. I know my first one didn't look half as good.
