i need to make a form but dont know how to ive tryed but it confuses me, i need the emails to go to this addy:

ADMIN@NEWWORLDSOLDIERS.TK

these are the fields i need to have
Name
Screen Name
Email
Why you want to join

Can some one help me out please with the form thanks

Hi day101 You may have a problem using a forum on your server not all isp's let you use mail forms send bin or cgi bin, or even build a forum.

I think you need to look into that first.

I can do you a quick form and then send it to you over IM later on, however you can't just send it to your email address. You have to use a script written in a server side language such as PHP or CGI to send the resuts to your email address. Can you check to see if your server supports either of these?
