Kinda funny, but not really. I mean, the author(s) did state that it was SSLLOOOWW (whoa! deja vu!). Imagine how many potatoes it would take to power a normal server today...

:rolleyes: No wonder it's slow; they should have used lemons (http://www.hilaroad.com/camp/projects/lemon/lemon_battery.html) instead of potatoes... :thumbsup:

I made a "2p battery" a while back using a variety of 2 pence coins etc..made something like 0.8v to power a LED wh00t!

I think the time to worry is when a server is run on sewer gas and we have "Smelly" Webpages via the server, What if the server had a problem Pooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo :eek: :eek:
