C++ Help-Tutorial finding

I am looking for two tutorials that explain what i want done easily. I want to find a tutorial the shows how to make a new window and how to do certain stuff with it such as a text box and buttons. also i want to find a tutorial explaining how to do the blue error screen and change the text there. was going to something funny for that. and thank you to anyone who helps me
