has anyone ever used hostrocket.com? it will be time for me to renew my hosting contract in a few weeks, and though i'm happy with who i've got, i'm always looking to expand, and the packages at hostrocket.com look real tempting, but i'm not anxious to switch to a new, potentially bad host, when i'm perfectly happy with the one i've got now.

i've been using hostrocket for 2 years now and i put all my clients on there. I haven't ever had any major problems with them. Some people complain about them in their forums but usually it's the ones that don't have a clue as to what they are doing and screw something up and then blame hostrocket for not fixing their mistakes for them fast enough. Whenever i've had any problems i submit and trouble ticket and it is usually taken care of pretty quickly. And you are right the prices are great for what you get.

I have been with hostrocket for a year now. Support is great and most hosters dont give the same amount of transfer and storage and fetures for the same price either.
One thing though read their TOS before you sign up and listen to it. it is the biggest compaint I hear when ever I see Host Rocket Mentioned on other forums refarding hosting. Host Rocket enforces thier TOS, which is good as it protects the other people on the servers but it has left some angry people.
The TOS is not super constricting it is acutally the ussual you would see with other hosts.
