I've just updated/ clarified the rules for posting in this forum, especially pertaining to work offers: http://www.codingforums.com/showthread.php?t=36341 Please read to avoid your post being deleted from hereon. In summary, contests or giveaways are clearly not allowed. Also offers compensating the coder if the project succeeds or via a revenue sharing program in general aren't allowed either. Basically, you must clearly offer the coder money, either per hour, or a set sum after the completion of the project. No dangling the carrot in front of the coder type offers.
