The person am looking for is someone who has good communication and is around for me to ask about things. like on yahoo or looks at there email all the time and replys to every message. They also need to know php/flash/photoshop or any skills that this redesign may need.
This is a low budget website £200 around $430 MAX on Design
I want to learn how to look after the site my self so i want someone who can explan the workings of php as they build if possible. But someone who also works fast.
Some of the things i need for my site will be a members area so only members can submit reviews and news. [Also a spell checking system!!! for anything that needs user input] i also want all the members as one with my phpbb forum member list i have right now.
I also need a flash banner am good with flash so i can show you my idea's if you think you can make a better flash banner then me :thumbsup: .
i Also need a menu where you go over it and it gives you a sub menu i had one of them years ago that i made my self but i lost it and don't have time to make one agian. i also need one where if i need to update a link in the menu it will apply this to every page.
I also want that what every webmaster wants a fast loading website that also looks good ;) i want alot of graphics in this design but i don't want it to slow down the loading time of the page if possible.
My site is about anything that needs reviews news or downloads so i need a design that will evolve when the site changes it's topics so i need something that will fit with anything.
