tell a friend

Hi,

I need a 'tell a friend' script for my site. I've searched dynamicdrive, freewarejava and javascriptkit but I haven't found what I'm looking for.
It should be the same as a regular form, where the user can insert his and his friend's e-mail address and that it automatically sends a 'standard' text to the 'friend'.
