Any way to make a script to get rid of pop-ups , banners and adverts when surfing the net .

something like using my own page to visit others and get rid of the above staff ?

You can also block unrequested popups in your preferences if you surf with Mozilla and I think NS 6.2 (and up) - eventually that will be the norm.
