Hi I am very new to javascript and while I have managed to make something that works in IE it does not work in Netscape, Mozilla or Firefox. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am so tired to looking at this code and not having it work.
In IE 5.2(mac) and safri the code opens a new window and loads page. When I go to another page with the same script it brings the popup to the front and then loads the new page. In any Mozilla browser it does call the new page and loads it into the existing window, but it does not bring that window to the front, thus the viewer does not see the popup.
Here is script:
function codes(){
window.open ('carhom.html', 'codes', config='height=480, width=620, toolbar=no, menubar=no, scrollbars=no, resizable=no, location=no, directories=no, status=no');
if (window.focus) {newwindow.focus()} }

Thank you to all who view and any who can help! :o
