IIS won't process my global.asa.

I'm running Windows 2000 Server - Service Pack 3, and IIS 5.0.

It is in the root of the virtual directory. The only thing I could find on this was regarding NT permission which I have granted full control to ANONYMOUS LOGIN (even though read should have been fine). Regardless, this bug was supposed to have been fixed in Win2K.

I have tried putting gibberish into the file to break it. Nothing. It just simply doesn't run.

I have re-started the web server, rebooted the box.

This is driving me nuts.

When you go under the properties of the virtual directory in the IIS management, under application settings, does your application have a name?

Worked like a charm. If you were here, I'd give you a big wet kiss. :)

Thanks.

I'm just "paying it forward" :) I had the same exact problem when "Server Administrator" was added to my long list of titles.
