make an image dragable

hello

i'm trying to make an image on a layer (div) dragable... i look into the code from http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/image3.htm, but this won't work with any browser but the internet explorer and pc. does anyone have further examples or ideas on how to implement this so it works on pc and mac (firefox, safari, ie)? thx.

use different object events for IE and Moz

function initdrag(e){
var dragobj = e.target//for Moz and compatible
var dragobj = event.srcElement//for IE and compatible
...
}
