My name is Michael. I am currently the manager of the VastCode programming team. If you do not know what VastCode is, please quickly take a look at this thread:

I have still not recieved any PHP/MySQL/WebDesigners yet, but I am now is dire need. VastCode has done 4 Delphi projects, and 3 VB.NET projects. I have just received a simple site request that needs coding to be done. This job requires a sort of simple PHP/MySQL/Web Design knowledge.. The specs of the site can be found below:

The site needed, will be called "PayedLink". This site is an ingenious idea, thought up by a good friend. This site should have a light blue/white design, which is simple, but "wavy", if you get what we mean. The main coding idea of the site, is as follows:

Lets say someone refers you. They give you a link, like this: www.oursite.com/refferal.php?ref=YOURREFERAL. You click the link, and are taken to a signup page. You are asked for your full name, desired username, desired password, your address, your email address, and your PayPal email address. All this information is saved into the MySQL database for this users account. The signup requires the person that is registering, to PayPal $5 to the email of the site owner, and $5 to there refferer. This will all be integrated into the site. After said person pays that money, there signup is complete. The signup should be an automated thing, and it should be automatically detected, that the person has paid. After it has been confirmed that they paid, they should be automatically given their refferal link, which should look somethinglike this: www.oursite.com/refferal.php?ref=ThereUsername. They are now able to give this link to people, and when people signup they should go through the same process. On the site, there should be a place for current members to login and see how many refferals they have, and how much they have made already from PayedLink. There should be 1 administrator account, that is able to login and see the details of other members accounts, and have the ability to edit accounts, an disable accounts incase of abuse or any other mallicious use. It seems quite simple, really. This is a great way for anyone to make some extra money, and share the wealth. The maximum price that we are willing to pay for this project, would be around $500, via PayPal. The deadline for this project, is 2 weeks. We will require the files, ready to upload, and to work. Thank you.

Pyramid schemes are illegal in Canada, probally other countries as well.
