Whenever I douoble click the FireFox shortcut or the actual program, the hourglass appears for a few seconds and then disappears. Nothing happens after that, nothing comes up. Can someone help me fix this problem?

Ok: what OS, and what version of FF are you running?

Perhaps you should: install any OS patches, install FF patches and/or the latest version of FF.

Nevermind, I rebooted and it works now, but comes up delayed abit. I use WinXP and I have the latest version, 1.2 or something.
