I get:

The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.

In Internet Explorer go to Tools > Internet Options. Then click on the Advanced tab. Under 'Browsing' there is a checkbox that says "Show friendly HTTP error messages" uncheck that and then try your page again, you should get an error message now that will help you debug your code.
