Need website module for visitors to create artwork based on multiple variables and image files. Includes, text, color, size, borders, eps file inclusion, etc. PHP/MySQL/gd

You have a "Budget" in mind but you are willing to "Fudge" if necessary? What does that mean, a really LOW BUDGET?

And then you have the BALLS to say you want PROOF of our skills by demanding a portfolio?

Would it be possible to clarify your project requirements and buget? Are you looking for a full blown interface? Your post is a little vague, and I can see this easily being over several thousand (USD) depending on the goals.
