Okay, I am new to web design, and am still learning a LOT of what I need to know to do it right. I am learning about separating content from design and structure, but am not quite getting everything as fast as I would like.
And, I have a friend/client who is paying me a small sum to develop a website for him, and he wants it online right away. I already asked a few questions in the thread, http://www.codingforums.com/showthread.php?t=55825, and have decided that for now I need a bit of help.
SO... I thought maybe if I got someone to set up a couple of the 7 pages (they are going to be 2 different designs, with just different information on the 5 pages and 2 of the pages almost identical to the other 5, but with an image slideshow in a part), then I could not only provide him a finished work faster than if I do it all myself, but also learn a bit on how to do it the proper way.
He is paying me a little for design, plus a bit for domain registration and hosting. I need the money for registration and hosting to do that, but would not mind paying up the full amount for the design to whomever is willing to help, plus a bit of my own if needed - just so I can get a working example to deconstruct and aid in my further learning.
Please PM me or email me with quotes on time needed to complete and the cost needed to complete. I am including a picture of one of the pages (he delivered several images of what he wants the finished pages to look like). The second page would be almost identical, but with an extra space added for an image slideshow instead of all text.
I can provide the complete image mockups as well as notes about what exactly is desired to anyone who wants to 'bid' for the job. While price is a minor concern, skill in proper coding and speed are the main concerns - I am willing to pay for the education I will receive from reverse engineering finishing the remaining 5 pages. Because of that, I would appreciate someone willing to make nice notations in their code for me to follow, in case I miss something - or else someone who would not mind answering an email or two if I do have a question.
Here is a picture of what the site will basically need to look like:

Thanks!
