I need a mortgage leads program in ASP and a access
database. The site can be very simple design wise - I want to design the
layout myself ( maybe use includes for all the functions ). I am going to
have several sites that will have a form ( all the same content ) that i
would like to be submitted to the database of this site ( these are the
sites that gets the leads ). so I dont have to upload everytime. The brokers
will come to the site and sign up for free ( will only be able to view part
of the lead - no information where they can contact the lead ) while
searching if they see a lead they want they can click by now and purchase
the lead via paypal. ( IPN System ) once they purchase it brings them back
to there download page were the can download the lead ( microsoft excel ) or
a link with a pop up window were they can print it off. I also want it were
they can be able to sign up for a monthly reocurring fee for unlimited
downloads through paypal. I want the leads to only be access 4 times - once
4 brokers buy the same lead I want that lead not to be accessible anymore -
I also want to be able to view all leades that are not accessible anymore and
be able to export them into an excel spred sheet and then delete from the
database. I want full control over every function in an admin control panel.
Please let me know if you can do this or should I say willing and a price. I
use Frontpage to design my sites - so it should be were I can change the
site with frontpage.
