Fantasy Baseball Website(how do they do that)

I see a lot of fantasey baseball websites out there. Sporting news, yahoo, cbs sportsline.

My question is how do they dynamically update the stats for all the players.

Can someone explain this process to me.

I have wondered the same thing.

I have found a quick and easy way to get those stats on my page from their page!

using some nifty RegEx you parse their source and grab the stats. Then upload them to your DB or display them or w/e
