If so only the actual designer should post an offer, in this case, you. It's not OK to sign up for multiple identities or have a friend post work offers, as responsibility/ accountability gets lost in the process.

Sorry, I didn't ask him to, he did it on his own.
He did it because I told him if he could find someone that I could do a logo for that I would do the header he wanted for free. That is all.
